Gentle Home Care is seeking a dependable companion to provide companionship and transportation for an individual in Florida. The role supports attendance at church and participation in routine activities, with one 4‑hour shift per week.

Responsibilities include social engagement, safe driving to church or activities, and assistance with getting ready for outings. A Level 2 background check and a valid driver’s license are required, along with CPR/First Aid certification.

Formación

• Must pass a Level 2 background screening.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Must have current auto insurance.
• Must have or willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be comfortable transporting an individual in a personal vehicle.

We are seeking a dependable and friendly companion to provide companionship and transportation for an individual who would like assistance attending church and participating in routine activities.

Schedule Options

One 4-hour shift per week, with the following available schedule options:

• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Monday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social support.
• Transport the individual to church or activities.
• Provide safe, reliable transportation in the caregiver’s personal vehicle.
• Assist with getting ready and preparing for outings as needed.
