Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Richmond/Glen Allen is seeking part-time caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support for clients needing daily living assistance. Shifts span days, evenings, and weekends, with a fast onboarding and weekly pay schedule. You will help with mobility, personal care, meals, and companionship in clients\' own homes.

Applicants should be reliable, caring, and able to travel to client locations; background checks are required. Training is provided to new team members.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and respectful attitude.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide reminders for medications as directed.
• Assist clients with walking and mobility in the home.
• Support personal care and hygiene routines.
• Prepare simple meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with everyday household activities.
