What You'll Do as a Community Transportation Driver

Safe & Reliable Transportation

• Transport passengers safely and efficiently throughout the service area.
• Follow designated routes, schedules, and company safety procedures.
• Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.

Passenger Assistance

• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when needed.
• Provide support for riders using mobility devices, walkers, or other accessibility equipment.
• Offer dependable door-to-door transportation services.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every passenger.

Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service on every trip.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and team members.
• Handle passenger concerns professionally and respectfully.
• Represent the company with a positive attitude and commitment to service.
