Job summary

Universal MH/DD/SAS in Rutherford County, Forest City and Spindale areas seeks Community Support Technicians to work one-on-one with individuals with I/DD, providing community and living supports and facilitating community networking.

The role focuses on helping clients with daily needs and habilitation, promoting independence and integration into the community within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Assist with daily living skills and habilitative activities.
• Facilitate community networking and engagement for persons served.

Job description

Community Support Technicians needed for the Rutherford County, Forest City and Spindale area to work one on one with the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities population providing Community and Living Supports and Community Networking services. Technician will provide assistance with daily person needs and habilitative skills.
