Job summary

Easterseals NH & VT is seeking a Direct Support Associate to join our team and work with adults in community-based activities. You will participate alongside individuals, offering hands-on assistance and flexible support as they pursue meaningful daily activities and independence.

Responsibilities include shifting from supervision to hand-over-hand support during events such as work tasks, cooking classes, yoga, and other vocational activities within communities served by Easterseals NH & VT.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation needs.

• Provide supervision and hand-over-hand assistance as needed.
• Support individuals during work, cooking classes, yoga or other vocational activities.
