Position: Community Support Services Technician Location: Valdosta, GA Job Id: 9818 # of Openings: 1 Community Support Services Technician Status: Part-time Shift: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am Monday - Friday (3-4 days per week) & Alternate Shifts on Weekends: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm or 6 :00 pm - 12:00 am. May be required to work a 12-hour shift one weekend per month. The Pines is a long-term treatment facility for women with children. The CSST position is to monitor the campus during non-clinical hours to assist the families and monitor the campus for safety.
Responsibilities/Function: The Community Support Services Technician (CSST) is responsible for providing community support services for all individuals enrolled in services, as well as all children, guests and city or county officials. Must comply with all VOASE Personnel Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications: The position requires a High School Diploma/GED. Security or social service experience is preferred. If in recovery, the Community Support Services Technician must have a minimum of two (2) years continuous sobriety. The position requires effective communication skills. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must possess a valid GA drivers’ license and continually meet the requirements of VOASE’s vehicle insurance company.
