Catholic Charities Disabilities Services is seeking a Community Supports Professional to join our team in New York. This role provides direct services in the home or community setting to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and an improved quality of life.

As the Community Supports Professional, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

• Providing direct services in the home and/or a community setting to individuals with a developmental disability
• Through community events and exploration, Community Supports Professionals work one-to-one with people with disabilities on goals that increase that person's independence, such as, healthy living, socialization skills, money management, and more
• The objective of the Community Supports Professional is to contribute to a positive living environment and to enhance the quality of life for the individual being supported

Community Supports Professional Minimum Salary: $16.78/hour

Community Supports Professional Maximum Salary: $16.78/hour

Community Supports Professional Schedule: Flexible (full-time or part-time)

• High School diploma or GED
• Smart Phone and/or Tablet is required for electronic record keeping
