Northeast Arc is seeking motivated candidates for the role of Community Support Coach to work with adults in Everett, MA. In this position, you will provide both in-home and community support, focusing on promoting independence and skill acquisition.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and at least one year of experience with individuals with disabilities. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.

Community Support Coaches promote additional skill building around community integration, life skills, safety skills, and social skills based on individual goals. The Community Support Coach role is a flexible and creative position.
The Guided Personal Support (GPS) Program is made up of a combination of SSQUAL contracts (Enhanced Family Support for Adults) from the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) that focus on preparing individuals on acquiring skills in different aspects of their lives to be more independent and live their best life. All the referrals in this program come from DDS.
