The position requires hands-on involvement with practices and games across groups and skill levels.

The ideal candidate will empower volunteer coaches, demonstrate core sportsmanship values, and uphold a high standard of customer service and safety on game days.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage players, parents, and coaches.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge in relevant sports.
• Motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Ability to ensure safety of players and manage diverse situations.
• Positive attitude and strong relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings for entire season.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
• Provide consistently high customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere.
