Tufts Medicine seeks an outstanding Neurosurgeon to join a neurosurgery department centered on spine-focused care at MelroseWakefield Hospital in Melrose, MA. The new hire will spend 80-90% of time at MelroseWakefield Hospital, delivering inpatient, outpatient, and operative care to the local community.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Neurological Surgery (ABNS).
• A team player who works cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines.
• Strong clinical emphasis on elective spine and general neurosurgery.
• Spine Fellowship is not required but a strong plus.
• Experience or desire in supporting a community-based practice.
• Ability to participate in teaching and academic promotion if desired but not required.
• Current MA medical license or ability to obtain one.
