Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial and mental health assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions.
• Respond to urgent mental health crises in clinical, community, and emergent settings.
• Provide clinical case management addressing medical, behavioral, social, environmental, and cultural determinants of health.
• Provide consultation to staff regarding psychosocial and behavioral health factors impacting patient care.
