Job summary

Duet - Nebraska seeks a Coordinator to supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure delivery of high-quality community-based services. The role involves staffing optimization, payroll submissions, employee discipline processes, and collaboration with Directors to ensure accurate billing data.

The candidate will also manage performance documentation, onboarding, and training, while promoting transparent communication and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience in community-based services preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license and may be required to have a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Agency-required systems.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 70 pounds and assist with mobility of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Employees responsible for direct care.
• Maintain attendance point tracker and submit payroll data.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; draft performance documentation.
• Ensure accurate billing data and monitor staffing to meet service needs and funding levels.
• Check emails, voicemails, and task lists within 24 hours; coordinate with Area Director and service coordinators.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in team projects to improve service delivery.
• Complete required documentation accurately within established timelines.
