Job summary

Responsibilities include managing client files in WellSky, scheduling appointments, screening for programs, assembling food bags, overseeing donations, and generating monthly reports. Travel is required in-town.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• CA driver’s license (required).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date client files and WellSky data entry.
• Assess client needs and schedule appointments.
• Screen clients for Salvation Army programs and complete applications.
• Prepare food bags and manage donated items.
• Prepare monthly statistical reports and assist with events.
• Enter grants and contracts for weekly finance meetings.
• Assist with emergency and disaster services work.
• Attend meetings and trainings.
