Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with occasional evenings, weekends, and adjusted hours based on client needs. The role requires a high school diploma, interest in child welfare, and at least two years of foster care experience, plus strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Interest in child welfare.
• At least two years of experience with the foster care system.

• Maturity, flexibility, dependability, and the ability to manage conflict professionally.
• Valid Illinois driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Transport foster children to family visits, counseling, medical appointments, and other scheduled activities.
• Supervise visits between foster children and birth families in homes and community settings.
• Complete weekly visitation records and submit them to the assigned Caseworker.
• Document significant observations, client contacts, and unusual incidents promptly.
• Maintain current records regarding children's medical, dental, and immunization needs.
• Communicate and collaborate with caseworkers, foster parents, therapists, and community partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and agency standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
