The Sanneh Foundation (TSF) is seeking a Community & Senior Programs VISTA in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on expanding and sustaining senior programming and the Conway food shelf through outreach, documentation, and data tracking.

On-site orientation, collaboration with the Conway Director, and development of sustainable workflows are key components of the position. You will build partnerships with local groups, coordinate new programs, and establish feedback mechanisms to improve services

Qualifications

• Understand TSF mission and the needs of Minnesota's senior population near Conway Center.
• Coordinate program outreach and communications for the Senior Program.

Responsabilités

• Participate in on-site orientation and meet with the Conway Director to identify capacity gaps in the Senior Program and needs for the food shelf expansion.
• Develop a comprehensive community outreach plan to increase enrollment and engagement in senior programming.
• Build relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to support ongoing community engagement.
• Coordinate new senior programs and ensure alignment with Conway Community Center SOPs.
• Create and administer community surveys to evaluate food shelf services and document SOPs for outreach and data tracking.
