• Provide customer service to residents, visitors and vendors by following access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorization, and log visitors.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow established protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear incident reports per site procedures.
