Job summary

Taylor Morrison Inc. in Bellevue, Washington, invites you to join us as a Community Sales Manager in Training (CSMT). The program begins with a comprehensive training track designed to develop your selling skills and product knowledge, progressing from trainee to a full Community Sales Manager.

You will learn our homes, communities, and the sales process while using CRM for prospecting and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the home buying journey.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License required (where applicable by state).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Customer service oriented and dedicated to putting the customer first.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions to learn Taylor Morrison's homes, communities and sales process.
  • Use CRM as a prospecting tool and manage client communications.
  • Prospect, present solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and wage-hour guidelines.
