Job summary

Amazing Athletes in the Orlando area seeks motivated individuals to grow our youth programs. This flexible, commission-based role focuses on building relationships with local schools, homeschool groups, and community partners to drive enrollments.

Ideal candidates are active in parent networks, connected to schools and community organizations, and comfortable working independently to identify opportunities and help launch new program locations.

Job description

We are a growing youth enrichment organization offering two nationally recognized programs:

• Little Medical School – hands-on STEM and medical-based programs that introduce children to science, health, and future careers
• Amazing Athletes – a multi-sport enrichment program that helps children build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement

We partner with schools, homeschool groups, camps, and community organizations to deliver fun, educational experiences for kids.

About the Role

We are looking for well-connected, motivated individuals to help us grow our programs in the Orlando area.

This is a flexible, commission-based role focused on:

• Building relationships in local communities
• Connecting us with schools, homeschool groups, and organizations
• Driving enrollments into our programs

This role is ideal for someone who is active in parent networks and enjoys connecting people with great opportunities for kids.

Compensation

Enrollment Commission

Earn $25 per student registration for any participant you bring into our programs.

New Program Bonus

Earn $150 for each new program you help launch once it reaches $1,000 in revenue.

Examples of new programs include:

• New school partnerships (preschool, elementary, private, charter)
• Homeschool groups or co-ops
• Public enrollment classes (parks, community centers, etc.)
• After-school enrichment programs
• Camps or seasonal programs
• Community partnerships (HOAs, apartment communities, churches, etc.)
• Corporate or hospital/community outreach programs
