Qualifications

• Preferred Skills listed: Cleaning Experience, Customer Service, Hospitality.
• Education: HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to walk/traverse for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Traverse the designated zone on foot to improve appearance and safety.
• Engage pedestrians with directions and city info.
• Use tools to remove litter and clean outdoor surfaces.
• Pull weeds from trees, cracks, sidewalks, and lots.
• Operate a pressure washer to clean sidewalks and streets.
• Operate a litter vacuum to collect litter and debris.
• Ask for compliance with low-level offenses in a courteous manner.
• Identify unhoused individuals and connect them with relevant services.
