Job summary

Just Compassion of East Washington County seeks a Community Resource Assistant to coordinate donation pickups and deliveries, and transport participants to community resources. You will support shelter and program sites, ensuring resources reach those in need and operations run smoothly.

Role requires a valid Oregon driver’s license, ability to complete training, and strong organizational skills. The position offers on-site work with benefits and opportunities for growth within a caring

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to complete Just Compassion Driver Training Program.
• Ability to safely operate agency vehicles and transport participants, supplies, and donated goods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donation pickups and deliveries.
• Provide safe, respectful transportation for participants to appointments and community resources.
• Assist with front desk coverage and shelter/facility operations.
• Maintain accurate records for transportation, donations, mileage, and inventory.
