Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient reading, writing, and spoken English; bilingual ability preferred (Spanish).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively aid in outreach to increase health coverage enrollment opportunities.
• Develop and distribute informational materials and establish referral relationships.
• Assist uninsured individuals with enrollment in health coverage and navigate plan options.
• Support high-risk patients to schedule care manager appointments and coordinate resources.
