Arkansas Children's is seeking a Research Assistant to support a growing portfolio of community-engaged research focused on making health and behavioral health research more relevant, accessible, and useful in real-world settings. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field recommended.
Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day management of assigned projects and serve as liaison between study participants and investigators.
Coordinate project activities, scheduling, and outreach; attend meetings with investigators, sponsors and staff.
Recruit participants, screen, explain protocol, obtain consent, and conduct follow-ups per study procedures.
Collect and enter data into databases; maintain records and prepare reports; manage participant incentives.
Interview participants in person, by phone, televideo, or mail; ensure questionnaires are complete and accurate.
Coordinate lab recruitment and scheduling of required tests; assist with phlebotomy and related tasks if needed.
