Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and professional communications to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate marketing and communication initiatives for library programs, services, and events.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials and manage content for newsletters, flyers, and brochures.
• Lead photography for programs and events with accessible photo archiving.
• Facilitate media relations: respond to requests, coordinate interviews, and issue press opportunities.
• Support promotional giveaways and press releases with department managers.
