• Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving in rural areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and leaders.
• Serve as primary contact between the company and the community and announce project plans.
• Attend and facilitate community meetings, forums, and events about solar development.
• Identify partnerships with local, regional, and state organizations aligned with objectives.
• Communicate project benefits, timelines, and impacts to residents clearly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for site selection, permitting, and public input.
• Track benchmarks and milestones for engagement activities.
• Monitor sentiment and address concerns to balance goals with community interests.
• Support community benefit programs such as workforce development or local investments.
• Travel frequently to project sites to maintain presence and participate in events.
