Job summary

hhv is looking for Community Relations Representatives to build strong relationships with local residents, businesses, organizations, and community partners in Virginia Beach. This entry-level role includes paid training, no prior experience required, and opportunities to learn and grow in community relations, outreach, marketing, and leadership.

You will represent our organization at events, engage with diverse communities, coordinate local activities, and help expand awareness.

Responsibilities

Represent the organization at community events and local activities.
Build positive relationships with residents, businesses, and community organizations.
Introduce people to our programs, services, and initiatives.
Participate in outreach activities and community events.
Speak with community members and answer questions.
Help coordinate local events, meetings, and outreach efforts.
Follow up with contacts and maintain strong relationships.
Work with the team to increase community awareness and participation.
Track outreach activities and provide regular updates.
Identify opportunities to connect with the community.
