Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles; maintains a clean and organized store environment.
• Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store.
• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change back to customers according to procedures
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures
