Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year undergraduate degree in Recreation or three years of progressive management experience.
• Experience in program and facilities management.
• Knowledge of SOPs and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration for the Community Recreation Division.
• Develop and implement a year-round recreation program and facilities plan.
• Formulate SOPs and ensure compliance with Navy and DoD standards.
• Provide strategic guidance to division managers on program expansion and budgeting.
• Coordinate with local agencies and partnerships to enhance MWR offerings.
