Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Commitment to YMCA values and safety policies.
• Current CPR, First Aid, & AED certification.
• Must complete required training within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pool maintenance and maintain cleanliness of aquatics area.
• Keep pool chemicals within required standards and record maintenance data.
• Address aquatics concerns and inform supervisor of issues.
• Work with minimal supervision and attend mandatory meetings.
• Model positive behavior and support a quality work environment.
• Assist in other YMCA operations upon request.
• Participate in community outreach campaigns and uphold YMCA values.
