Job summary

Oregon Food Bank seeks a Community Philanthropy Manager – Prospect Research & Management to lead research programs advancing relationship development and fundraising objectives. You will supervise staff and manage vendors, while ensuring equity remains central to engagement with donors and partners.

You will collaborate across departments, design systems for prospect tracking, and oversee reporting and analytics to inform strategy and budget planning.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in prospect research and management, moves management, sales operations, or related fields.
• Three years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising teams, including oversight of consultants and vendors.
• Proficiency with relational databases, spreadsheets, data analysis, and transferring information between systems.
• Knowledge of moves management, donor identification strategies, and equity-centered fundraising principles.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor databases; familiarity with iWave, LexisNexis is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement prospect research and management programs aligned with priorities and revenue objectives.
• Lead annual revenue budgeting and planning to support fundraising strategies.
• Supervise and develop staff and oversee consultants and vendors.
