Job summary

Janus Rx is seeking a registered Pharmacy Technician for a closed-door pharmacy. Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm; some Saturdays possible. The role supports a care team serving an underserved community with behavioral health needs.

The technician will assist the pharmacist with prescription processing, packaging, and inventory management, while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• PTCB certification is preferred.
• About 1 year of related pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processes and fills prescriptions for oral, rectal topical, and injectable meds.
• Prepares, packages, and delivers prescriptions.
• Maintains inventory and orders stock as needed.
• Communicates with patients and providers.
• Works across multiple areas of the pharmacy to maintain competency.
