Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Staff Pharmacist at our Escanaba, MI store to deliver patient-centered medication care in a community setting. You will fill prescriptions accurately, counsel patients, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD and Michigan pharmacist license.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (CIP) preferred.
• Retail/community pharmacy experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge.
• Perform immunizations and clinical services where allowed.
