Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is seeking a public relations-focused professional to direct outreach and center communications at the Centennial Job Corps Center in Nampa, ID. You will build and maintain relationships with employers, community partners, and career centers while ensuring program compliance and effective service delivery.

• Knowledge of public relations and working with employers.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct the center’s outreach and public relations plans and activities with employers and community partners.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets and control expenditures; review and adjust budget authorizations.
• Maintain linkages with one-stop career centers and inform them about Job Corps and related programs.
• Coordinate community service activities and open houses to bring the community to the center.
