Job summary

Holon Health in Newark, NJ seeks a Community Relationship Manager to grow partnerships across courts, probation departments, providers, and community organizations, advancing our care model for individuals living with SUD. As a strategic connector and trainer, you’ll mentor the Client Acquisition team and facilitate training for justice and community partners while traveling statewide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, justice, or related field.
• Experience in account management, community engagement, outreach, or sales.
• Willingness to travel across New Jersey.
• Proven ability to train and present to groups.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with referral partners across NJ.
• Serve as primary contact for referral partners in your territory.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and training sessions.
• Represent Holon at conferences and community events.
• Identify opportunities for joint educational initiatives.
• Act as an ambassador for Holon’s mission.
• Provide market feedback to inform outreach strategy.
• Foster an inclusive, equity-driven team culture.
