Job summary

You will supervise graduate assistants and student volunteers, coordinate training, manage program logistics, and collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate impact and sustain services.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
  • Experience in education or community-based programs serving youth or college students preferred.
  • Experience managing volunteers preferred.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently on complex tasks and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Experience with reporting in compliance with guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating all aspects of after-school program.
  • Supervising graduate assistants and Lead Success Coaches.
  • Managing student workers.
  • Facilitating service-learning projects and recruiting student volunteers.
  • Developing and delivering training for students involved in the program.
  • Working with partners to evaluate program success.
