Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) in Glendale, AZ is seeking a part-time Physician Assistant to provide and manage direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients at Copperwood Health Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited PA program.
• National Certification and AZ State PA license.
• BLS and DEA certifications required.
• X-waivered is preferred.
• 1+ year of PA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care including exams and treatment.
• Prescribe medications and treatment regimens as appropriate.
• Maintain and update medical records per standards and regs.
• Refer patients to specialists and care components as needed.
• Educate patients on wellness and prevention.
• Coordinate patient care with nursing and support staff.
