Job summary

Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. is seeking an Outreach Associate to facilitate outreach at community and partner events, including SNAHC-sponsored events. The role requires flexibility to float to other SNAHC locations and offsite outreach events.

Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will promote SNAHC services, manage outreach materials, and track data from outreach activities, with a strong emphasis on community engagement and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduits outreach at SNAHC and partner events through tabling.
• Promotes SNAHC services and provides health education.
• Takes inventory of outreach incentives and alerts coordinators of shortages.
• Preps and transports outreach materials to and from events.
• Tracks outreach data via feedback forms.
• Packs outreach boxes for other departments as needed.
• Provides additional support to SNAHC teams and departments as needed.
• Supports implementation of SNAHC signature events.
• Complies with state and federal laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
