Job summary

Total Life is seeking a fully licensed clinician to join our in-person care team, serving older adults in community and residential settings.

You will conduct initial wellness assessments, provide early therapy sessions, and act as the compassionate clinical face of Total Life in the field. This role blends clinical practice with community engagement and requires strong, client-centered communication.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC license in Florida.
• Must be fully licensed and able to perform without supervision.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities.
• Willingness to meet clients in community or residential settings.
• Professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M) or willingness to obtain.
• Active NPI number.
• Criminal background check clearance.
• Reliable local transportation.

Responsibilities

About This Opportunity:

We’re growing our in-person care team and seeking a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Therapist to represent Total Life in the community.

This unique role blends clinical practice and community engagement — you’ll provide direct support to older adults through wellness assessments and initial therapy sessions at our partner residential locations, helping connect them to ongoing care.

You’ll serve as the compassionate, clinical face of Total Life in the field — bridging the gap between older adults and the emotional support they deserve.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete initial clinical sessions and develop recommendations for ongoing therapy or support.

Our Requirements

• Active LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC license in Florida

• Professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M coverage) or willingness to obtain

• Reliable transportation for local travel
