Job summary

Movement Labs is seeking Neighborhood Captains to mobilize neighbors for the 2026 General Election. You will build trusted relationships through canvassing, calls, texts, and events to identify needs and empower civic power.

Temporary, hourly part-time role with flexible hours; compensation includes $25/hour plus a $60/month stipend, running through Nov 15, 2026. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in community organizing or related outreach is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage strangers in person and remotely.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and basic databases for tracking engagement.

Responsibilities

• Voter outreach and relationship building with 750–1,000 high-potential voters.
• Plan and execute local gatherings or events to engage neighbors.
• Document interactions in outreach platforms and note community concerns.
• Collaborate with Manager for quality control and engagement standards.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
