Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Busch Gardens to represent our vacation ownership and travel membership programs in face-to-face interactions with guests.

You will explain benefits, invite guests to attend a sales-preview tour, and help qualifying prospects. The role offers uncapped earnings with hourly pay and bonuses, paid training, an iPad, travel perks, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Travel + Leisure Co. as a brand ambassador at Busch Gardens.
• Engage and incentivize guests to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on guidelines.
• Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect deposits.
• Attend training and meetings; stay current on marketing materials.
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, yearly.

How You’ll Shine

In this sales-based role, you’ll represent Travel + Leisure Co as a Brand Ambassador in Busch Gardens. You will engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers, share the benefits of the vacation club experience, and invite and incentivize guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Engage, excite, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings
• Keep current on marketing information and materials, as well as industry trends
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually

This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $15.00/HR plus commission. After training, compensation includes an hourly rate at applicable minimum wage, plus commission.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $15.00 - $15.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
