The successful candidate will manage resident relations, rent collection, marketing, and supervise site staff while upholding the company’s mission to Do the Right Thing.

Qualifications

• Property management experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Budgeting experience.
• Customer service mindset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company).
