RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead a property team, drive leasing and revenue growth, and ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves budget management, performance evaluations, and close coordination with owners and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in multi-family property management, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in multi-family property management.
• 1–3 years in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Computer skills: internet, word processing, spreadsheet, database management; proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate team members; hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Aim to meet revenue goals via targeted marketing and leasing strategies.
• Model budgets, forecast, perform profitability analysis; manage invoicing and financial records.
• Analyze market trends and recommend property improvements; stay updated on industry tools and standards.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, collections, and notices.
• Manage client/owner relationships; conduct property tours and provide performance updates.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, curb appeal, and compliance with policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Engage with competitors and build market relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
