Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Elkton, FL is seeking a Community Manager to oversee property operations, attract residents and help meet financial goals. You will manage staff, amenities and the budget, partner with Marketing to drive leasing and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of multi-family property management, strong leadership and MS Office proficiency; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably multi-family or manufactured home settings.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and web-based applications skills, including financial systems.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• The Community Manager maintains property operations, attracts and serves residents and ensures we meet our financial goals.
• Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including staff, community buildings, roads and amenities.
• Ensure that the property is clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the marketing teams to attract new residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Show homes when they become available.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the community's operation budget to improve profitability.
• Set high quality standards and provide outstanding customer service to our residents.
