PMP is seeking a Community Manager for the San Francisco Division to oversee 5 to 7 associations with strong support from an Associate Manager and administrative team. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, proactive communication, and on-site management in a fast-growing firm.

You will manage boards, budgets, and daily operations, ensuring PMP standards are met and clients receive top-tier service. Strong organizational skills and HOA experience are essential.

Qualifications

  • 4 Year College Degree preferred.
  • 2 Years of HOA portfolio or on-site manager experience preferred.
  • CMCA certification preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
  • Oversees operation and administration per management agreement and policies.
  • Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board.
  • Review monthly financial reports and summaries.
  • Coordinate and oversee board meetings and prepare Board packages.
  • Assist architectural review processes and routine inspections.
  • Inspect building facilities and common areas as required.
