Merion Residential Apartment Home Communities seeks a Community Manager for its Clifton Park, NY property. This full-time role leads a team, oversees leasing, budgeting, and daily operations to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will mentor associates, supervise staff, and coordinate marketing efforts to maintain premium occupancy and compliant operations. The position emphasizes customer service and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in property management.
• Prior supervisory experience in a management position.
• Ability to lead staff and meet job duties and expectations.
• Strong communication in professional written and verbal form.
• Proficient with Yardi, CRM, SightPlan, RentCafe, LRO and MS Office.
• Basic accounting/financial record-keeping knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train all property associates.
• Assist in selecting property staff and interviewing; contribute to hiring decisions.
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
• Achieve financial solvency through cost control and rent collection.
• Assist in preparing the annual operating budget and monitor guidelines.
• Plan and execute leasing events and marketing campaigns; coordinate outreach.
