MG Properties in Denver, CO seeks an experienced Community Manager for 4400 Syracuse Apartments. You will build and train a responsive property team, lead marketing efforts, oversee the budget, and manage day-to-day operations to ensure strong performance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires recent experience in fast-paced apartment communities, proven supervisory skills, and ability to implement effective operations, marketing, and budgeting strategies.

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, 4400 Syracuse Apartments, located in Denver, CO!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

• $83,000-$86,000 annually
• Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
• Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year
