Job summary

Conifer Realty is seeking a Community (Property) Manager for affordable housing in Yonkers, NY. This full-time role focuses on stability, resident engagement, and housing compliance while overseeing leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor management.

With 1+ year of property management experience, you will mentor your team, build relationships with housing authorities, and ensure each community reflects Conifer's mission of dignity and care. Weekend scheduling may be required.

Salary: $83,000 - $87,800 | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 - 5:00
