Avardis Health is seeking a Community Life - Activities Assistant (Therapeutic Recreational Assistant) to join our Windsor Grove Health and Rehabilitation team. The role centers on enriching resident lives through engaging activities and coordinated schedules.

Responsibilities include planning activities, assessing resident needs, and partnering with the Community Life Director to expand services while maintaining compassionate, high-quality care for all residents.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (minimum requirement).
• Previous experience in providing recreational services within a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Valid and current unencumbered state driver's license.
• Must be compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

• Schedule and organize recreational activities such as movie screenings, games, parties, and crafts.
