The Community Liaison directly serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies. The Community Liaison is directly responsible for creating demand for the facility’s outpatient services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Director of Outpatient Services and Outpatient Team, the Community Liaison presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community.
The Community Liaison is responsible for enhancing the facility’s brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility Outpatient goals. The Community Liaison must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment.
This position will actively support outreach efforts by marketing Havenwyck Hospital to individuals, families, and community partners in Oakland, Genesee and Wayne Counties.
