Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Community Lead to introduce the brand to new markets, build local partnerships, and create experiences that inspire people to join the community.

Working with the General Manager, you’ll drive partnerships, events, social media, and member engagement from pre-opening activations to ongoing growth, delivering memorable guest experiences and contributing to studio goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pre-opening: serve as brand ambassador in the community and build relationships.
• Plan and execute community activations, pop-ups, and tabling events.
• Support community classes and create guest experiences.
• Capture leads and help build founding member community.
• Create engaging local social media content with the marketing team.
• Generate excitement leading into opening day.
• Post-opening: drive partnerships and referrals to memberships.
• Support ongoing community engagement and studio goals.
• Follow up with prospective members and assist lead conversion.
• Deliver exceptional member experience during in-studio shifts.
• Support front desk operations to create a welcoming studio environment.

At JETSET Pilates, we believe community starts long before someone walks through our doors. The Community Lead is responsible for introducing JETSET to new markets, building meaningful local relationships, and creating experiences that inspire people to become part of our community.

Working alongside the General Manager, this role is the driving force behind local partnerships, community events, social media, and member engagement. From helping launch a brand-new studio to supporting its long-term growth, the Community Lead plays a key role in building awareness, generating leads, and creating an exceptional member experience.

What You'll Do

Before the studio opens, you'll serve as JETSET's ambassador throughout the community by:

• Building relationships with local businesses, wellness partners, run clubs, apartment communities, and corporate organizations.
• Planning and executing community activations, pop-ups, and tabling events.
• Supporting JETSET On The Mat community classes and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Capturing leads and helping build a strong founding member community.
• Creating engaging local social media content alongside the marketing team.
• Generating excitement and awareness leading into opening day.

Post-Opening | Grow the Community

Once the studio opens, your focus shifts toward converting community into membership by:

• Continuing to build partnerships that drive referrals and new memberships.
• Supporting local events and ongoing community engagement.
• Partnering with the General Manager to drive membership growth and studio goals.
• Following up with prospective members and supporting lead conversion.
• Delivering an exceptional member experience during in-studio shifts.
• Supporting front desk operations while helping create a welcoming, elevated studio environment.
