Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks per menus and regulations.
• Stock, label, and rotate ingredients after weekly deliveries.
• Wash, chop, and sort ingredients (fruits, vegetables, meats).
• Open and close kitchen; setup prep areas and clean equipment.
• Monitor inventory and report low supplies to Operations Director.
• Work with volunteers and staff in the kitchen.
